Within psychology, there are many different kinds of therapies that all have different ways to teach you how to regulate your emotions. We have done research to integrate them, ordered the tools, and will teach you the practical ways that you can avoid unnecessary negative emotions and thoughts.

This workshop teaches practical, evidence-informed emotion regulation skills that can help with stress, anxiety, rumination, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and difficult emotions.
